AJM Properties asked Mainline to develop a mailer to advertise new live/work space for lease. The Village Lofts, owned by AJM Properties, is a historic building in downtown Grayslake, currently being renovated into urban-style lofts. Mainline photographed the space while it was under construction, wrote copy, and designed an oversize postcard, which was mailed to local entrepreneurs.
