Patrick O’ Brien, president of the Belt Railway Company of Chicago, delivered a keynote speech to kick off the Railway Supply Institute’s September 2004 conference. The speech, entitled “Chicago Railroading and the CREATE Project,” presented an overview of the rail traffic and infrastructure challenges facing the Chicago region. Mainline provided assistance with content development and also designed a PowerPoint presentation used to illustrate the speech.
