DuPont Engineering Polymers needed a process to automate requests to use pre-approved UL-certified electrical insulation systems. We created intranet databases for internal administration and Internet-accessible databases for customers to search for systems and request approval from DuPont. DuPont tracked how those requests led to sales of resin. The effort won a DuPont Marketing Excellence award.
